What Is MQ Resin ?
The raw material for synthesizing MQ silicone resins is mainly sodium silicate. It is a unique structure of three-dimensional spherical resin formed by the co-hydrolytic condensation of a silicone compound containing a tetrafunctional siloxane bond and a silicon compound having a monofunctional siloxane bond.

Generally ranges from 1000 to 8000 g/mol, with a wide range of glass transition temperatures (Tg).

High-temperatures Resistance
The thermal decomposition temperature is higher due to the backbone of siloxane. It usually stabilizes at 250 degrees Celsius.

Water Resistance
The arrangement of methyl groups in molecules makes them hydrophobic, and therefore the film has little water absorption.
